Month-of Coordination

 

This package starts between 3-6 months in advance of the wedding day. This package is perfect for the organized couple looking for an experienced wedding professional to assist with the details in the final months before your wedding. Ideal for those who have a handle on their venue and has already booked a vendor or two. This package is customized based on your specific needs because we aren’t a cookie cutter planner and you aren’t a cookie cutter client, either.   Month-of Coordination includes various in-person planning meetings, vendor referrals, customized timeline, diagram, vendor team creation, final wedding walkthrough, communication with vendors, rehearsal coordination, and all of the “day-of” good stuff! No design conceptualization is included in this package.

Partial Planning

 

Our most sought-after design-oriented package, this is really what starts to set your wedding apart from the rest. Partial Planning is designed for the couple that has booked their venue but desire additional support booking vendors and guidance refining the details, especially when it comes to design, conceptualization and pulling together the details! Whether you have an idea but don’t know where to start, or maybe you’re just too busy to sort through the pieces, we work together to create a conceptual design reflecting your vision, procure and execute customized design and decor details, present appropriate vendor recommendations, assist with interviewing and negotiating your contracts with design-related vendors, provide the resources to keep you on track, and be your guide every step of the way.

Full Service Planning

 

This all-inclusive planning package is designed for the couple that wants a completely personalized experience! With support from the very beginning, we guide our couples through each step of the planning process, while ensuring that your experience is fun, easy, and stress free. No really, it’s all about providing you with choices and taking your pick…we do the rest! Whether you are the hands-on or hands-off type, design savvy, or uninspired, we provide you with options best suited for your particular needs, and encourage your vision to come to life through the design process. From venue and budget management, vendor interviews + contract negotiation, seating chart and guestlist management, and conceptualization; we are in your corner every minute of your customized planning experience.

Social Events

 

Aside from weddings, we love planning and designing social events, engagement shoots, rehearsal dinners, brunches, and everything in-between!  We are creative entrepreneurs as much as we are logistical gurus and firmly believe that each event should be playful, colorful, and an experience it itself, no matter how large or small. Starting with your concept, we will build a custom proposal based on your vision, wants and needs and budget.

Consulting

 

Event consulting is perfect for couples who are looking for advice and guidance at any stage of wedding planning but without the commitment to hiring a wedding planner. Consulting provides real and professional advice geared towards your specific wedding plans.  We start with a questionnaire then target our meeting to answer your questions about vendor recommendations, contracts, vendor “norms”, budgeting, and everything in-between!

$150/hour / 2 Hour Minimum
